FAQ
Can I use the CAD without a subscription?
Yes! Anyone can create a free account and join an existing community using a Community ID. Subscriptions are only required to create your own community.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can change your plan at any time through the Stripe billing portal. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
What happens if I cancel?
Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period. After that, your communities remain intact but you won't be able to create new ones until you resubscribe.
Is Discord required?
Discord must be linked to your account before making any purchases. This enables product delivery, license verification, and community server integration.
